Open Date has acquired a reputation for which it is proud for the design and manufacture printer mounting frames that are compatible with both the performance requirements of the parent machine and the customer's production requirements.
Basic mounting frames for each printer model can be easily adapted to suit most labelling machines and some smaller packaging machines.
A range of components and sub-assemblies in different sizes can be used to build mounting frames to suit many packaging and web handling machines.
Bespoke mounting frames designed and manufactured to suit most packaging, labelling and web handling machines.
WHY USE A STANDARD FRAME?
Open Date standard frames are the basis of most labeller installations and can be easily customised to suit most makes and models. Every effort has been made to keep them as compact as possible for easy installation whilst allowing the printer to print up to its maximum area and anywhere across the width of the label.
WHY USE A STANDARD MODULAR FRAME?
The Standard Modular Frame (SMF) system is designed mainly for packaging machinery. It is a comprehensive range of parts and sub-assemblies comprising of rollers, print registration units and tie bars of varying lengths, end plates, base plates and printer mounting plates, and so on.
WHY HAVE A SPECIAL FRAME MADE TO ORDER?
When a customer requires a specific solution to enable products to be coded Open Date’s engineering department has nearly five deades of experience in designing and manufacturing mounting frames that meet the requirements of the customer, the printer and the parent machine.
