There is always that reassurance and peace of mind that servicing, extended warranties and maintenance plans are done by our expert fully trained technicians to maximise your up-time in case of any problems. We are on hand to help, on the phone, on-line or in person, whenever you need us. If your staff have had some basic training at the installation phase, then most issues can be quickly resolved by a simple phone call.
Installation is done by our experienced assembly team at a time to suit you.
For rapid attention in the (unusual) event of major breakdowns and stoppages, Open Date provides an emergency support service and is usually able to have an engineer on site within 24 hours.
Each service contract is planned and tailor-made to the customer's own requirements, taking into account factors such as printing environment, actual printer usage, in-house resources available for maintenance and so on.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
All work is carried out by qualified Open Date employees either on-site or returned to one of our an Open Date offices around the world. Exchange printers can be supplied for long periods of downtime.
Support can be provided in several ways. Phone, Email, Text, On-Site or Remote.
Fault finding, hardware or software assistance and training are available via remote software.
