Our 6 global locations have effective continuity plans in place including hygiene regimens, employee protection and supply chain management to ensure business continues as usual and your products and services are not interrupted.
Open Date Equipment Ltd. serves industries like pharmaceutical, food and beverage, technology and many other major industries which have an important role in addressing the Coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, it is important that we continue to operate as seamlessly as possible assisting our global customers in keeping their plants up and running.
Foil/Ribbon/Equipment and Replacement Parts - We are open. Our sales teams are running on full capacity and ready to take your calls, emails or faxes.
Shipping - Our shipping departments and couriers are working together to ensure our global movement of products are unaffected.
Repair Services – Our repair services are operating at full strength with clean protocols in place.
Continuity Plan - Our employees are following strict hygiene guidelines and we have a robust continuity plan in place. We have restricted unnecessary air travel, facility tours and customer / vendor visits for the short term and will review regularly during this fluid situation.
Emergency 24hr Service/Site Visits- Will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
