Open Date has developed a range of software solutions to complement our coding, marking, and overprinting equipment.
Codesoft (Format Design Software)
All machines are supplied pre-programmed with standard print formats, but in order to offer maximum flexibility, each printer is supplied as standard with a copy of this Windows-based WYSIWYG format design software package. This program allows the user to create formats in-house, adding complete flexibility to the on-line coding system. Product format generation, including special fonts and/or graphics, can be completed in a matter of minutes. The standard formats can easily be modified to suit your particular requirements.
Thermocode Series 2 standard software can accommodate up to 99 printers linking to the Codesoft design software, utilizing the network named printer settings. The user can then configure which of the network printers are to be viewed on the PC screen.
RecoverMode (Recovery & Maintenance software for Thermocode)
Open Date's specially designed maintenance program, this allows you to back up your formats, remotely monitor printer status, prints per minute, total prints, ribbon information, format being printed, and a number of other useful variables.
