Suitable for overprinting flat cartons, crash-lock cartons, cards, skillets, and loose self-adhesive labels, the Fully Automatic Carton Overprinter is a simple to use, versatile and reliable overprinting system.
Using only gravity to feed the item to be coded down an inclined bed, the machine needs no pushers, motors, or change parts in order to operate. It automatically picks the item to be coded from a stack, feeds it to the overprinter, codes it, and then releases it into a catching tray.
Once underway, this cycle will continue automatically at speeds of up to 70 per minute until the entire stack has been coded or the batch counter reaches its target figure.
The Fully Automatic Carton Overprinter requires little maintenance and is suitable for items up to 300 mm square. It can also be supplied with any one of the Open Date range of hot stamp overprinters.
