Contact coding Discreet Marker

Deboss coding is the simplest and most economical method of in-line contact coding. No inks or ribbons are necessary as the code is stamped onto the substrate material leaving an impression only.

The Open Date Discreet Marker is an in-line deboss coder suitable for marking a wide variety of materials. It can be supplied in three forms:

 - The Basic Discreet Marker is supplied without any control devices and requires
compressed air switched by a 3/2 mechanical air valve. This can, in some
circumstances, make the unit suitable for use in environments where inflammable
   vapors and liquids are present.

 - The Discreet Marker can also be supplied with a timer only electronic control unit
and solenoid valve enabling dwell time adjustments to be made for speed control
   and code definition improvement.

 - Where code definition is critical, the Hot Debosser uses heat in addition to dwell
time adjustment (see above) to further enhance clarity.
